North Metro Health launched an international advertisement campaign to recruit more dental nurses and doctors from the United Kingdom. The client brief specified the creation of two videos—one for a local audience and one for an international audience. These videos featured DHS staff discussing the benefits of working at DHS and a typical workday.

What We Did: Filming occurred over two days at a local primary school, beachside Fremantle, and a government dental clinic. The end result was two videos being produced for local and international recruitment. International recruitment presented more about the benefits of moving to WA and the costal lifestyle while the local video kept to community benefits and close to home work benefits.
