St John of God Strategy Rollout – Every Moment Matters

St John of God approached Meyer Productions to bring their new strategy to life through a visually engaging and meaningful campaign. The goal was to celebrate the organisation’s history, highlight key achievements, and showcase the values and vision embedded in their latest strategy rollout.

Meyer Productions developed two complementary video projects: “Moments” and “Peoples.”

Moments:

This project compiled historic photos and twelve years of overlays to create a compelling visual journey culminating in the launch of the new strategy. The narrative emphasised the core tagline: “Every Moment Matters.”

Peoples:

To capture the voices of nursing staff and practitioners across Australia, each institution was given placards illustrating key elements of the strategy. These clips were edited into a cohesive montage, reflecting the collective commitment of St John of God employees nationwide.

In addition to the videos, Meyer Productions, one of Perth’s premier Medical Video Production Companies – filmed and photographed the Strategy Launch Event at RAC Arena, attended by 300 members from across all levels of the organisation. The event was also streamed live to every hospital in the SJOG service network.

Both videos premiered during the launch to positive acclaim. The “Moments” video was subsequently adapted for social media, as well as the RAC Arena LED wall, amplifying the impact of the strategy rollout.

Outcome

The video projects successfully brought St John of God’s strategy to life, resonating with employees and the wider community alike. The campaign reinforced organisational values, celebrated milestones, and provided an engaging platform for sharing the new strategy across multiple channels.
